Jan. 09: Waukesha County Home Sale Statistics

2009 is off to a slow start for sellers. While the buyers are definetly out there and are getting great deals, the following is a list comparing January sales over the past 5 years:

2008 166
2007 195
2006 208
2005 215

These numbers account for both single family homes and two-family homes. The statistics were taken from the Multiple Listing Service.
